Members of our team visit your organization to determine your search objectives, obtain a profile of your ideal candidate, tour and assess your facility and gather information about the surrounding community.
We develop a position description summarizing the findings from the site-visit. The position description ensures a complete understanding of your desired qualities in a candidate, practice information, appropriate selling points of your opportunity and community details.
Once the criteria of the opportunity is established, the search process begins. We strategically promote the opportunity on your behalf utilizing Adkisson Search Consultants proprietary database and other various resources. Our team performs thorough phone interviews to determine a candidate’s employment suitability, personality and professional and personal interests. We also interview significant others, for they play an important role in the decision making process.
Once we have sourced a candidate that meets your specifications, we complete a rigorous qualifying and screening process. We will obtain verbal and written references and verify medical school, training, licensure, board certification and work experience.
A summary of our findings will be sent to you in a submittal file, which includes a professional, personal and reference summary, timeline, curriculum vitae, and verbal and written evaluations. After your telephone interview, we will help coordinate arrangements to have the candidate and his/her immediate family for an on-site interview.
We remain in contact with you and the candidate throughout the contract negotiations and up until the candidate joins your facility. During subsequent months, we conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure the candidate is adjusting in the new position and community.
