Adkisson Search Consultants began as a physician recruitment firm focused on delivering the finest quality physicians in the industry. Upon a client’s request, CRNAs, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Physical Therapists were added to their recruitment service.
As the healthcare industry changed and the demand for top-notch leaders in healthcare professionals grew, Adkisson Search Consultants used its established network of high level executives to assist clients in finding experienced leadership talent for their organization.
In 2011, Adkisson Search Consultants was purchased by Michelle S. Houchin MSL, CMPE, President and Shannon L. McKay, Vice-President. Quality, Service, and Reliability remain an integral part of the Adkisson culture and are the driving forces behind their success.
Today, Adkisson Search Consultants is a nationwide search firm specializing in Executive, Physician, Advanced Practitioner and Allied Health professionals and continues to place the ideal candidate in the right cultural environment.
